Gunhild Marie Roald has a ph.d. within counselling science, with a focus on coaching leadership. She has through many years of teaching, research and supervision been interested in how to create good relationships between counselors and clients, leaders and employees, teachers and students – and among colleagues and team members.
As a researcher at SFU Engage her focus is on how teachers within different disciplines can contribute to students’ development of entrepreneurial competence in interaction with others, for fruitful use in various working contexts. This implies developing the capacity for cooperation, creativity, problem-solving, reflection and critical thinking.
